With on site emergency nursing support available around the clock, our residents can take comfort in knowing that help is nearby if they need it. Our apartments feature multiple call buttons, and our registered nurses on site 24/7 are equipped and trained to provide assistance at a moment’s notice.

Residents of Settlers Lifestyle Village, along with Fairview residents, have preferential consideration for private hospital care at nearby Fairview Care, subject to the availability of suitable care beds.. Knowing that a higher level of care is available if needed is reassuring.

Emotional and well-being support

We believe that providing emotional support is just as important as providing health care. Importantly our nurses are more than just health professionals, they are also compassionate individuals who take the time to listen and offer encouragement too.

Whether it’s a quick check-in during a shift or a longer conversation during a tough time, our nurses want to make sure our residents live their best lives.

Security

Our village is a gated community. Gates are locked overnight and open early in the morning. When the gates are closed, family and friends are still able to visit by using an intercom at the gate.

Many residents find it reassuring that the gates are locked at night. It is comforting to know that you can go to bed at night without having to worry about your safety, CCTV cameras are installed in and around the village for your added security.
